1. Fully charge one of the included batteries before beginning.
   
2. Slide the charged battery securely onto the bottom of the BranchForce Pruner.
   
3. Inspect the blade and make sure it is clean, properly secured, and free from damage.
   
4. Turn the pruner on using the power control.
   
5. Position the branch securely between the cutting blades.
   
6. Keep your free hand and fingers completely away from the cutting area.
   
7. Squeeze the trigger to activate the powered cutting action.
   
8. Release the trigger and reposition the tool before making the next cut.
   
9. Monitor the LCD display to keep track of battery status and cutting activity.
   
10. After pruning, switch the tool off, remove the battery, clean the blade, and apply suitable blade lubricant before storage.
